Law system.

This blog is not exactly about the Indian law system. But at the later point of time I will include more points about how current Indian law system is and how it can be betterfied.

but right now some points are there to note.
1. Our education system should promote legal literacy through formal and informal mechanisms
particularly for the rural community. so that they know their right to use different law sections
in their daily life depending on the situation.
2.Administrators should use technology like e-governance to give fast decisions in all respects.

here I would like to discuss one good initiative taken by one of the govts (AP govt) to serve people.
Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI):
It began with the state of Andhra Pradesh, having a population of 80 million people. In
Andhra Pradesh it covers an area of 2,75,000 square kilometers and with 652 ambulancesis a Emergency Response Center located in Hyderabad which receives around 62,000 calls per day
out of which 7,000 calls are effective emergency calls in the toll free number 108.As soon as a call is received, ambulance departs within 60 seconds and reaches the site of
emergency in an average of 14 minutes if it is an urban area, or 25 minutes in the rural area.
A Minimum of 100 qualified professionals are in the control centre attending to the calls
received from a toll free number 108 at any point in time. They help control the movement of
ambulances with emergency management technicians under the guidance of Emergency Response Center (ERC) Physician as required. The ambulances are equipped with complete life supporting systems and experienced para-medical staff. They ensure that all the vital parameters of the patient are improved and provide pre-hospital care under the direction of experienced doctors stationed at the ERC. It is a pride that this movement is today across 10 states of our country covering approximately 400 million people.

Will update more soon..

First trip to US..First journey to US

It was long and hectic 24 hour journey!
But there were not too many flight changes, was only one at frankfurt. It took me almost 11 hours to reach frankfurt(germany). When I got down from flight, I think it was around -1 degrees.
The airstation was pretty awesome with fog.I cud feel the cold wind passing accross my face.
And it took 12 more hours to dallas from there.
One thing I felt very bad is, the food .. at first go i cudnt able to bear the smell.
Any way i have to manage with wat i was provided. First time I feel like i am missing my typical andhra style food.
One thing that I observed is the time difference, its very odd .. and i dont even know wheather i am taking lunch or dinner.. as we are chasing sun.. it was like day long day !!! no night..
I started there at morning (saturday) but i reached here saturday afternoon ;-)
One thing that no one cud avoid is jetlag.. As our body is habituated to sleep at perticular time.. So it expects us to sleep at the same time, but since it is day at that time here(in us), we wont sleep. But our brain will feel dazed and feel sleepy at that time.It will take approx 3 to 7 days to overcome it.. and it depends ..some will overcome in one day..

The last step b4 entering is baggage check, Due to some or the other reason checking is very strict. But they wont make u feel uncomfortable.

And finally thanks to sireesh (my frns frnd) who came to airport to receive us.
Otherwise it wud be difficult for us to reach our hotel, as it is first time to us.
I feel like playing road rash ;-) while driving thru roads.. they are pretty much wider and smooth.. and finally we reached our room.

APJ Abdul Kalam..

It is very unfortunate for not having kalam sir as next president.
He has given the full meaning and shown the extremity of an highly esteemed position of India.
Next president whom so ever it may be , can really appreciate his path and can take motive from his philosophies to put India amogst Developed countries .

He has given some real world examples regarding how the media should participate in developement of a nation..
Once he was enroute to India after completing his 2 day visit to Israel , and he was just browsing through one of Israel news papers .. It was the time of some war b/w Israel and palastina .. and so many people have died in one of the main cities of Israel , But in the news paper , he shocked see that news in some small corner of that middle page.
Front page was occupied with a news of farmer who has invented something about purification of salt water and using it for irrigation purpose..

Many a time, he has recalled this incident , but unfortunately our news papers never gave a shit about it and always bother about growing their circulation by printing some stupid or crazy news like (That too in poetic terms !!!)
- Aish soon to enter wed lock (what the hell do we need to do with those guys marraige , why news is interrupting their personal matters.. ??? just for circulation..)
- Bomb took human lives..
blah blah blah...

even i never found news paper coming up with any motivational and encouraging kinda news..
Here i would like to recall one of my friends comments on news paper..
"dont see news paper in the morning , otherwise u will get disappointed with those stupid news"

Ahhh.. already im getting late to dinner.. got to go and cook !!!
